Ryan Dyar is a good target for a Loserphotographers.com analysis. A drug addict who lives with his well-to-do parents in Battle Ground, Ryan Dyar has spent both a lot of time and a lot of his parent’s money trying to turn himself into a “professional landscape photographer”. We recently noticed several ridiculous errors on “his” blog and “his” interview in the fake Aperture Academy website.
First of all, check out his January 14th, 2011 news post on his fancy Jack Brauer/Wide Range Galleries site: “…I took a long hiatus to focus on some personal stuff and other endevuers…”: Endevuers? We assume Ryan meant “endeavors”, but we’ll chalk this one up to use of the bong. Now check out his fake Aperture Academy Interview. Look at the section on the right, entitled “Ryan Dyar’s links”. The “website” link goes to dyarphotography.com, an equipment review site that has nothing to do with Ryan Dyar.
In fact, Ryan Dyar also makes this mistake on his “about Ryan Dyar”, linking to dyarphotography.com. What an IDIOT! Here you have a drug-addicted LOSER who can’t even properly link to his own website. Avoid Ryan Dyar, his LIES, and his bullshit.

These lies, fraudulent boasts, and misrepresentations are merely a fraction of the many to be found on Ryan Dyar’s website, and anywhere else he posts his trash. Beware of Ryan Dyar or any of his friends. He is a LOSER who lives with his parents and indulges in illegal drugs. This is NOT the sort of person you should be buying anything from!

ReplyDeleteUm, seriously? Dyarphotography.com was Ryan's old website. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. And you didn't notice that he hasn't wrote in his blog since March of 2009? Of course it's not going to be updated with his new website.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see that guys tax returns, he loves saying how hes a "career photographer" then he should prove it. I think it was John Shaw who said in his book that you need to have at least 10,000 images to make real money with licensing, stock pictures etc. I can't belive he want wants us to think he turned into a pro in two years, what a joke!!!

This site is the best satire EVER. No one with half a brain would define "amateur" or "professional" based on years in service over quality of product. Otherwise, nobody would be a professional athlete until they were pushing a walker!
